If accessing one of these databases from outside DPHS and you are asked for a username and password, please go directly to the BadgerLink site, select Login in the upper right corner, choose De Pere--De Pere Unified School District from the drop down menu and enter your school ID# for the school barcode. 
  • In the Browse By Audience drop down menu, choose "High School Student" > enter. Finally, choose the source from the "Browse Resources" page.

Click on "All Resources" at the top of the page in the purple ribbon to see a list of everything Badgerlink has to offer or watch the video on the Super Search tab to learn how to use this search option.  Super Searches can be confusing since they return a lot of information and not all of it is in full text online.

JSTOR JSTOR  provides access to more than 12 million academic journal articlesbooks, and primary sources in 75 disciplines
 
Good for Pro & Con sides of issues
 CQ Researcher explores a single "hot" issue in the news, in-depth each week. Topics range from social and teen issues to environmental, health, education and science and technology.
 Issues & Controversies provides exclusive, extensive coverage of hundreds of today's hot topics, with unbiased analysis and rich related resources
 
  SIRS Issues Researcher contains relevant articles covering a wide range of topics.  This resource covers leading issues that are most studied and debated by students, historic and government documents, directories and almanacs, and current perspectives on the arts and humanities.  
 
Biographies

Country and Culture Information
Access reports from all world countries, states, and Canadian provinces.  CultureGrams also contains images, videos, links, interviews, recipes and more from each location. This database will need a username and password when logging on from offsite. 
 
Encyclopedias
