To report your student’s absence, please leave a message on the attendance line

Please phone in absences as early in the day as possible to avoid classroom interruptions. Messages can also be left after hours.
Your student will be sent a SmartPass for the time of departure. There is no need to sign your student out/in. Once they have a pass they are able to leave the building.
For any medical appointments, including doctor, dentist, orthodontics, dermatology, counseling, etc., please ask your provider for a school excuse. When this is provided, the absence will not be included in the 10 day maximum allowed absences. If a student is absent for more than 10 days, a medical note will be required to excuse the absence. If one is not provided, the absence will remain unexcused.
If your student has an unexcused absence, you will receive an alert via an automated message. Keep in mind that this does not always mean your student has missed a class. If you or your student believes you received this message in error, please contact the attendance office for clarification. Call 920-337-1020, press 1 and leave a message.
