 Nov 1  Cap and Gown Ordering Information presented and sent home in Nest
 Nov 10  Voting Form closes for motto, t-shirt, and song choice

Graduation Products Ordering

All online ordering for caps and gowns is now closed. They will be delivered April 4th during nest. At that time you will have to purchase late orders through Mrs. Hardy/ Mrs. Koehler on the delivery date and a late fee will be applied. 

Yearbooks and Senior Photos

Here are some more detailed directions how to upload senior photos. 

  1. Go here:  https://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/
  2. Enter school code:  14802
  3. Fill in information and accept terms and conditions.
  4. Click the green bar:  Click Here to Upload General Photos
  5. Click the blue bar:  Browse for Images
  6. Fill out information about each photo.  In the description indicate "Senior Photo"
  7. Click to upload Images.
  8. A window will pop up saying, "Success!  We have the images you just uploaded!"

Then you are good to go.  Students can verify if we received their photo on the 2020-21 Senior Photo Checklist that is shared with them regularly.  The list is updated once per school day so it may take until Monday to be verified on the checklist.
