Cap and Gown FAQs

If you already own a gown that has the embroidered Redbird logo, your student may use that provided the fit is okay. Then you will just need to order a cap and tassel. Otherwise, you must order a Cap and Gown Package.  

• Cap, Gown and Tassel Package Cost: $45.00
• Cap Cost: $12.00
• Regular Tassel: $8.00 or Souvenir Bling Tassel: $15.00
  • Ordering just a cap/tassel is only an option if you have a gown from a previous student and it must have the Redbird logo embroidered on it.

Cap and gowns will be delivered to the High School and handed out on April 15 during Nest. If your student is not at school during Nest time, caps/gowns can be picked up in the office.

Ordering for cap, gown and tassel is ONLY done online.

To Order Cap, Gown and Tassel Package

1. Go to https://oakhallcg.com/pages/deperehs
2. Click "Let's Get Started."
3. Enter your student's first and last name and student ID. You will see the Cap, Gown and Tassel Package.
4. Click on "Select," then enter your student's height and weight.
5. Click the "Add To Cart" button.
6. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Continue To Check Out" button.

To Order Tassel and/or Cap

1. Go to https://oakhallcg.com/pages/deperehs
2. Click "Let's Get Started."
3. Enter your student's first and last name and student ID.
4. Scroll down and click on the "Purchase Individual Items" button.
5. Select an Individual Tassel and a Black Cap as needed. ** If you are only going to order these items, please be sure your student has a gown with an embroidered Redbird on it.**
6. Click the "Add" button.
7. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Continue to Check Out" button.

T-Shirts/Memorabilia

The t-shirts and other memorabilia offered through the packet (given to students in Nest) and attached to the IC Messenger you received are NOT personalized to DPHS. A personalized DPHS Senior shirt will be available later to order. Please follow ordering directions above (also included in the IC Messenger or the paper copy given to your student during Nest.) Extra copies are available in the office.

FOR PRE-HOLIDAY DELIVERY, ORDER BY OCTOBER 10, 2025

1. Use this direct link to eShare:  https://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=14802
2. If needed:  Enter school code:  14802
3. Fill in your contact information and accept terms and conditions. (Please list the STUDENT’S name for the contact info.  Also/or name your files with the student’s name.)
4. Click: Upload Your Portrait senior photos, events, etc.
5. Select Photo.  Find a photo from your computer files. (Must be a jpg file)
6. Adjust Crop Frame.  Confirm Crop Frame. Continue.
7. Fill out STUDENT NAME and grade.  (Use the student's official name.  Be sure the spelling is accurate!)
8. Submit photo.
9. A confirmation message will pop up temporarily on the screen.  (You will NOT receive an email confirmation; hence the checklist to verify if we've received it.)
